What is Clairvoyance?

Clairvoyance is a French word that means “Clear Seeing.” It’s a psychic ability, the intuitive 6th Sense, and the subtle perception that allows us to see energy. We have our usual 5 senses of the body (touch, taste, sight, smell, hearing), and we also have many psychic senses that the spirit uses to receive more subtle information, beyond the five ordinary senses.

Clairvoyance works with your Spiritual Eye, rather than the physical eyes. The spiritual eye is the 6th Chakra, or Third Eye, and it is an energy center in the mid-brain, behind the forehead.

What is Clairaudience?

Psychics who are clairaudient hear voices, sounds or music that are not audible to the normal ear. They receive these messages mentally or within their ears.

This is an interesting gift.   For me I used to have all these arguments with myself.  Or what I thought was myself.   Because I would hear Spirit in a variation of my own voice.  It is clearly different than when I hear myself speak.  Today I understand that it is the voice of Spirit.

What is Clairsentience?

Clairsentience when translated from French, is typically defined as ‘clear feeling.’

Differentiating between normal emotions and having a clear feeling allows powerful insights to come to light – Clairsentience makes this possible.

A person who is Clairsentient can feel emotions such as anger, anxiety, fear, happiness and have the ability to feel physical ailments that another is going through, whether these were feelings in the past or present; they have a clear understanding of what a person is going through/once experienced.

What is Claircognizance?

Do you ever feel like you “just know” things? Do you have especially good insights in the shower or while you’re driving? Have you ever known who’s on the other end of the line the instant the phone rings?

These are instances of claircognizance–or clear knowing–that many of us feel, but often discount because they’re so ordinary. Of all the forms of knowing – clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc. – claircognizance is arguably the least sexy and hardest to discern. But some psychics argue that experiencing clear knowing is a sign that you’ve intuitively “arrived.”
